I will not tolerate my products delivered to another Mattress Store two doors down. Our products are very valuable to our customers. Unhappy customers spell no business. Is that what UPS stands for and do they want more business? Are your employees paid off by other businesses to deliver packages to them?

I want a call from corporate or an apology and a resolution to this problem immediately. I do not mind calling the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint there. You may not respond, but I will get my message out to the general public that UPS is antiquated and not trustworthy with the products of our business.
