Major Epic FAIL today by UPS. I still just a bit flabbergast on how you can be at home on the phone with customer service about a delivery still pending for the evening, get the status changed to delivered, run to get the package and its not there?

Hmm, the delivery guy was running late, so in stead of checking to see if he had the correct address he puts it into any hallway, no where near mine, and it gets stolen in a matter of 10 minutes?? Wow, and instead of reaching out to the driver who just left the property, they give me the run around and have to go through the long 8 day waiting game. When you were calling and asking all day about the product..

truly the biggest disappointment, was really looking forward to having a brand spanking new sound bar and sub-woofer, I hope who ever has it enjoys my hard earn cash. I the meanwhile I have to call UPS everyday until this is resolved..Wow
