I have to deal with UPS since yesterday (11/30/2016) and today (12/01/2016) without success. First they blamed Amazon for not putting the address in the correct spot.
Then in the middle of delivery, they made the change to address, then blaming it on me for using P.O.Box address while I have the physical address in the amazon. UPS is so bad in managing their delivery system. Someone called again 30 minutes ago telling me that my package was put on the wrong truck while yesterday they already fixed the issue (address).
It is a 2 day delivery and UPS handled it so badly that I am beyond speechless at this point. Wow, unbelievable.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of ups two day delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
