UPS delivered my package to the incorrect address, and told me so. Then proceeded to keep me on a 25 minute phone conversation until finally, after being passed off from person to person and being placed on hold, they told me to contact the seller for a replacement.

So lets recap, UPS admitted to delivering my package to the wrong address and then refused to do anything while wasting a bunch of my time in the process. Oh, and they gave me promises of reimbursement and package replacement the entire time I was on the line.

Absolutely horrible customer service.

I knew I would not be home so I signed off on the back of the form. My son came home and showed the driver the signed form and the UPS driver told him that I would have to leave work to sign for the package.

I called UPS only to be told the driver can do whatever he wants.

I read them the back of the form and was told to refer to the website for their policies. Absolutely the worst customer service from the driver to the supervisor and everyone in between!
