Not the first time this happened: online, they marked my packages as delivered, but they were not delivered to me at all.To make matters worse, they delivered someone else's package to my doorstep, so that when I called to try and track my package, they insisted that it was delivered.

I said,'yes, it's marked delivered, because you delivered someone else's package to me', they said *** things, like, 'are you sure?' and 'did you check all of your doorstep?' ***, horrible people.

They said that they spoke to the driver and he insisted that he delivered the package.Felt like I was talking to the brain dead: 'yes, he did deliver something to my door, but it was not MY package!!'

Monetary Loss: $560.
