Checked the status of a couple of deliveries for that day. Tracking number says delivered but there was no doorbell ring and nothing outside.
I checked with my neighbors and no one has gotten anything from UPS. I call their customer service and spend two hours on hold, being hung up on when I ask for a supervisor just to be told by investigations that UPS is not liable for any lost packages they are only liable to the shipper. I don't care who's liable I just want to know how all my Christmas presents got delivered to the wrong house but it's not UPS's fault.
Terrible customer service. Shipper is resending my entire order but some of the presents are sold out and there's nothing they can do.
