So, three days ago I received an email saying my package was delivered and they left it at the front door. When I got home it wasn't there.
I asked my mom about it and she was home when at the time it was delivered and UPS was no where around. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it and the lady was being a complete *** to me on the phone.
Poorest customer service I have ever had. Looks like I just payed $120 for tickets to a concert tomorrow that I never got.
Monetary Loss: $105.
