A package was sent from abroad with scheduled delivery date for 5th December 2017. On tracking after the 5th, it was rescheduled for 7th, then 8th, and then again 11th.
Yet it has been in Canada for about 2 days now. Calls to customer care have only returned with delivery delays due to high volume of packages for delivery within Toronto. Now there is no confidence that the package will be delivered on 11th December, 2017 and the content of the package is time-bound.
This is completely unacceptable and i'm not going to use UPS again. Fingers crossed for Monday and looking for a way to make a formal complaint.
