On consecutive days I received e-mail telling me my package would be delivered the next day. The package did not show on any day promised and still do not have it.
When I contacted UPS they could not/would not explain the delay and made no commitment to get me the package on a timely basis--they would "try" next week. So, I was lied to repeatedly and service was not provided.
The online agent took no responsibility for the problem and refused to do anything to help resolve the problems. The comment was that the issue was out of their hands though apparently the package is in their possession.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $12500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Failure to perform, Being lied to, Lack of responsiveness, Intentional misinformation and fraud.
