My package was to be delivered several days ago.Every time I call they tell me another story (bad weather in MN - there was NO bad weather in MN), it will be delivery tomorrow (which was promised) - so I cancelled all of my plans for the next day to wait for the package that never came.

They refuse to offer a refund for the shipping fees, etc.

I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service - especially with all the lies. I will NEVER do business with them again.

UPS could care less about their customer's experience.Please use other vendors for delivery.

Monetary Loss: $15.
