UPS guaranteed my package to be delivered on 6/12, but that date came and went. I tracked the package and it was heading all over the United States.

Called UPS on Monday 6/15 and they said it was rerouted and would be rerouted to the correct address and delivered on 6/18. I said someone with UPS screwed up, they said yes and that the package was coming.

I asked them since they guarantee delivery dates what they were going to do about that and they said there was nothing they could do. UPS is a waste of time and money to ship with!

Monetary Loss: $126.

this usps tracking system should removed from the web as it does not support the public in any form

Call the center manager. UPS will gladly refund your money for their error. UPS is run by humans and like all humans, they do make errors from time to time.
