Last week my delivery on Tuesday showed up Thursday. Yesterday my delivery was due before 7 and didnt show up at all.

I called at 6pm and was promised by "Ryan employee# pza1exk" that my delivery will 100% be here by 7. At 7 i called back and "sylvia" promised it would be here by 8. At 8 i calldd and "angel" (who sounded exactly like ryan) said it probably wont be coming but still mighg show up. She took my number and said someone will call me today before 10.

When i asked about the delivery that was w days late the previous week she said it was a "misload". I an disgusted with ups and should not be paying for these deliveries. When you pay for a service you should get what you pay for.

This company does not care about their customers. Fedex is wonderful.
