UPS is now en route with our package for the 3rd time.The delivery person was not available for the 2nd delivery attempt that they had to postpone delivery.
We had to cancel a meeting and wait for the shipment to arrive when we were expecting nobody. Would have been nice for the UPs to inform us when I called around 8 in the evening if the delivery has been postponed. Because when I called, Customer Service told me that the delivery is in transit?
Now Im on the phone with Adrian and was told that someone will call me within an hour.Would appreciate a speed and reliable shipping company other than UPS
