I ordered a lounge chair from jc penny and UPS was suppose to deliver it on September 5th and now today is September 12th I really needed it yesterday for a birthday present that I didn't receive, I go to UPS tracking and it says an operational delay then it said weather condition then back to operational delay its only in lawnside nj and I'm in Camden nj its not that far away from m, I called UPS customer service number and they didn't know what was going on so I received no help from them and when I called Lawnside the phone kept ringing and without anyone saying can I help you they just hung up, I am extremely disappointed, I just got off the phone with JC penny they talked to UPS and they lost the chair how can you loose a BIG LOUNGE CHAIR? How come it says its in Lawnside if they lost it?

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I didn't like: Not getting my package and them loosing it.
