I have a package ordered on 30 Nov, 2016. The company used UPS.

They shipped it on the 1st of December. I checked the UPS website and received the message that the order was delayed at the Hub with no explanation as to why. So, I called UPS. The call center employee was about as rude as I've ever experience.

Tried to tell me it was delayed because of weather - a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. Plus, their website said that no reimbursements during 30 November - 2 December. It is now 5 December. Bottom line, they said if I had a complaint I should call the vendor.

I am calling the vendor to recommend they stop using UPS.

I will never, never use their service - no matter what. They deserve to lose their business to someone else.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
