UPS delivered my package in time but in day time when everybody were out for their jobs. I contacted customer service (somebody named Christopher) and asked for after hours delivery because that option was offered to me by UPS representative two weeks ago for another parcel.
That time representative was not so nice. He explained that option does NOT exists in UPS (????? How it possible? It was offered to me two weeks ago as a valid option!!!) and recommended me redirection or pickup.
Redirecting could be a good option . I acked for shift manager. Conversation with shift manager Albert ( ID: NET2395) was useless also. He explained that UPS charged in addition for redirection.
PickUp is kind of inconvenience for me because I need to live work early. Now I contacted my supplier with request to change Delivery Company.
