I waited for my packages the day after thanksgiving. UPS tracking indicated they were out for delivery at 9am

When 4pm came and no packages.

found out they decided to skip me and get me my packages at there convenience. *** pour customer service .

I specifically told my driver that we would be open. But the fill in driver must have decided that he was to busy to stop at my business.

We will change our business account to FED Ex based on the terrible service that UPS has provided today.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1100.
