Sent electronic system covered in bubble wrap and it was received completely destroyed. The frame was completely bent and there were broken pieces everywhere.
The package arrived opened too. Looks like someone took a sledge hammer and beat the *** out of it. UPS denied any compensation based on insufficient packaging because it wasn't exactly "2 inches." I talked to the owner and he didn't help out. Didn't apologize or take any responsibility.
Didn't care at all about his shipment problems. I will never use UPS again and tell everyone else the same thing.
Terrible *** service.. do not go here!!!!
