I sent a parcel from STOKE ON TRENT UK on the 13th of Dec 2013 expecting it to be in Philippines on Dec 18 2013 when I arrived but it wasn't delivered until Dec 23 2013 when it arrived it was damaged to the extent that everything apart from few items have to be thrown away.The tracking number is 1Z49F8930496242018,i have complained everyday since i received the parcel,i have taken photographs of the damaged box & the contents but i had to throw everything away as it was attracting vermin but nothing has been done by the UPS people that i have spoken to,i want this issue to be solve in ASAP i have given my phone numbers to your people but nothing has been done,i find it absolutely disgusting that you are not responding to my complaint for all times that i have sent parcels through UPS to the Philippines. sincerely Graham Fricker
