First time they delivered, I got no issue. Second time, they claimed my address was not existing, which is an excuse I've never heard from anyone else in 30 years.
I complained to UPS and they changed their version by claiming they found my address but go no answer from the door, so they returned it to their stock and then they asked me to go pick it up and asked for a 40$ fee.
Third time, they delivered the package with two big holes in the package and it was also crushed, as if their employees played soccer with the package. The delivery man refused to sign a paper admitting it was damaged.
