Driver dropped the package on my doorstep and then ran away before I could confront him about the damage. Wonder why they keep their doors open and are always on the run?

Now I know!

I emailed UPS and they told me it was the shipper's responsibility. They didn't even ask to see the photo. Basically, send it our complaints department where it will get lost with everything else. Take a look at the package.

Do you think the shipper (or UPS employee) jumped and down on the box before they delivered it to me? Hope you have a laugh at UPS professionalism in the works.
