UPS Truck driver mishandled a small crate with rental electronic equipment. Last 2 times parts inside the equipment were completely dislodge which can only be caused by multiple tremendous impacts.

I understand why now after seeing the UPS drive handle the crate by rolling it end over end and letting it slam onto the ground even thought the crate has carrying handle on top of the small crate and I tried to helped him load it. The rental equipment is inside a totally enclosed small crate lined with 2 to 3 inches of foam. The company ships this same equipment all over the USA without issues except for the last 2 times it was shipped to me. Now I know why.

I even tried explaining this to the driver but he did not even pretend to be concerned. If all employees of UPS have this same blatant absence of pride in their work the company might as well shut down now.
