Shipped expensive Christmas china meticulously packed, double bubble wrapped, shipping peanuts and Styrofoam. 2 items damaged.
Countless calls and e mails to UPS get no results but a run around, conflicting stories, claim check supposed to be on the way. 10 days and it still is not here. Very rude customer service, will not ship UPS again. This was a $189 dollars of postage and insurance.
Forget it, I probably will never see the check.
Have written a letter to corporate headquarters in Georgia, probably a waste but made me feel better. There are other delivery options which I will use in the future.
