Ups Damaged a shipment of mine for the third time in a row and then they want to blame it on improper packaging. 3 boxes were sent out but only 2 boxes made it safe and somehow 1 box was not packaged correct.
All 3 boxes were packaged the same way. someone needs to do something about this horrible company.
Their customer service department is useless and of course the only person who loses in the end is the sender or the receiver not ups. I wouldn't be so angry if it was something small but when your dealing with thousands of dollars one damage after the other becomes a loss for us not ups.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
