She is very rude. I used the wrong card to get refund, but she didn't check it as well before I use it.
Then she told me "You have to use the same card ok? I don't know what will happen, but if you cannot get the money back there is NOTHING I can do". This attitude is really the worst I have ever seen. She is not even looking at me.
What do you mean there is nothing you can do? You cannot ask me to come back again then you call someone to fix it? I cancelled the shipping because they cannot make sure it will arrive before Christmas although the expected arriving day is 12/21. I asked her it says 12/21 why cannot make it before Christmas?
She said "Christmas is 12/25 (just like I don't know it??) this month is very busy, nothing can be guaranteed.
" UPS just sucks. I have shipped for so many times, but this is the worst.
