My package was delivered to the wrong address twice in one week

The supervisor tried to make things right I really dont think she knew what she was talking about. She was making up things that was not true, defending the drivers.

Packaged delivered to wrong address and I can prove it, homes are two different colors. UPS reached out to me once and asked if I received the package.

Havent heard anything else. Zero for customer service.

Still unable to reach anyone and still havent received my package.
I attached a photo of my home and its showing the house number. Check delivery record not the same house.

Erroneous driver report of wrong address is preventing delivery

A UPS driver incorrectly logged a wrong or incomplete address on a package requiring an adult signature. I checked and the address on file was correct.

The sender states that it will not replace lost or damaged packages. My first call to customer service successfully reached a person who was very helpful and logged the error, but this did not update the wrong address flag in the system (neither did my attempts to verify the address on the app or website). And there was no information about when UPS would attempt redelivery and I am unable to sit at home 25/7 on the off chance it comes. Navigating the automated system proved impossible because it could not understand the tracking number.

It dropped my call numerous times.

Using pissed consumer seems to have helped - I quickly got through to another human who was also very helpful and could verify that someone from the local UPS office would call me by 4:00 pm on Monday and confirm the time of delivery. Fingers crossed this is accurate.

Package not delivered as promised. Unable to file claim because it was not "officially" lost - just missing.

No live customer service reps at 800 number.
I have been waiting 10 days for UPS delivery from CA to FL. I guess drivers should be paid more than $50/hour.

Shipment has been in Naples for 3 days - just 8 miles away from my location and UPS can't even get it here on time!
What a waste of my time and money. Perhaps UPS should merge with the Post Office - both have terrible service and cost too much.
