This is the third package that has vanished from a Chicago warehouse, and I was told it was damaged and subsequently disposed of in the garbage. I have a significant issue with this.

If my package, or any other customer's package, is damaged, I want proof (photos) of the damage, and so should everyone else.

This situation is being handled carelessly; the value of the package is over $350, and a guy at UPS in Edina, MN tells me, 'Well, at least you'll get $100 back.' This is totally disrespectful and shows a disregard for customers' hard-earned money which purchased the contents of the package I shipped to my daughter. UPS workers cannot be trusted.

Horrible customer service

Customer service is now just an endless loop of computer prompts that refuse to connect you to an actual person. If you have a problem, it's not going to get fixed with that computer, it appears it has been programmed to force you to use their app or website.

If you do somehow accidentally connect to a real person, they have a thick accent and are just as unhelpful as the computer.

If you ask to talk to their supervisor, forget it. The one I had actually put me on hold for about 10 seconds and then came back and told me that she was the supervisor and could take my complaint, same person, same voice, same background noise, and when I called her on it she hung up on me.

Track a package

It takes too long to talk to someone its even more difficult having to put in your tracking number numerous times and still not get through its their business and they do things that best suits them and the connection between you and them trying to get through is overwhelming and frustrating and annoying. It took me all day having to deal with the automotive machine and to get through with my tracking number which I had to reach out to pissedconsumer to get any results I got very aggravated! Thank you.

The UPS Driver stood at the bottom of my stairs and threw my packages up the stairs to the landing. I could hear them fall from inside my house. I ran out and yelled to him that there was fragile merchandise in the packages. He just drove away. One of the items was broken. He just THREW them from the bottom of the stairs to the top.

I’ve been waiting for 2 afternoons for a delivery. It required a signature and Indidn’t want to pay $19.99 for Choice Experience for one psckage.
Yesterday there was a not that said they couldn’t find my address although it’s in Waze, Google Maps and I’ve received many deliveries via UPS.
I am waiting until 5:30 today and then I have to leace. App says its still out for delivery.
I couldn’t reach a human being yesterday to resolve the address problem from yesterday. I have to be at work and must leave at 5:30
I’ve left a note to driver giving permission to leave package and use note with my signature and that I approved leaving my package. Probably won’t happen.
Not being able to communicate about getting my property delivered to me (especially given the shipping charges I paid is very frustrating. .
