Make this short.I didn't receive a package due to it needing signature..
I called them to have same day pick up. the lady I spoke to said she would schedule it and I will received a call in an hour to tell me where to pick it up. and how..
turns out she never did, LIED to me about it and now the time sensitive package that I had next day to me is all messed up from poor customer service that lies about setting up pick up time.this is not the first time this has happened either.....
