I had a package delivered to our local UPS location at 2:43AM on Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday and even the UPS tracking showed that.
But, it never made it to "out for delivery". At 11 PM on Friday they changed the delivery date to Monday the 13th. Problem is, it still doesn't show "out for delivery". Having dealt with UPS for many years I know that means it is still sitting in the warehouse.
So, I call the customer service number and they refuse to even check with the local office. I can't call the local the local office. No one cares. Someday, it will get delivered.
What is happening here? Why doesn't customer service mean anything anymore?
