seller paid for two days delivery and ups airplane had a mechanical faliure and they told me several lies over many calls at the end, when it finally arrive to the location some agent told me the only option was to pick it up, then i call later ask for a supervisor not even her was able to do anything, she gave a number of a center that answer once and told me custumer service doesnt even have to do nothing with the stores where packages are!! and then gave me another number which never answer at all, then after trying many times all of the numbers, i called back to these "customer service (1-800-742-5877)" and they even hang up when i ask for this Cristina the "supervisor", to pick up they have to call me between and hour they said that at 6 am still waiting, so in conclution customer service doesnt work they are not even capable of doing nothing at allllllll!!!!!!!! they can just see the packages the same than you with the traking number but they dont even have contact with the delivery people or the stores so i worthlesss, from now on any other only i will telll the seller not to send it by ups, and if the case i am not buying it.
