I tried for a week to change the delivery address of a package (to 5 min away from the original address), and despite being told I could do this via Amazon, or do it online, or be texted and contact them once the package arrived at the local UPS warehouse to change it, I was prevented from doing any of those things because of UPS. After at least 5 calls to UPS, including to 2 supervisors, I realized that nobody there can either ensure that their processes work correctly, or handle basic customer needs.

It is also impossible to share with their corporate office that their presumably outsourced customer service is either stunted by their lack of access, or simply told by protocol to do nothing of any help to customers. If I ever have a choice in the matter, I will use Fed Ex, DHL, or the US Postal Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
