Customer Service is a joke, Package contents lost.
This is the message on the tracking page:
Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage
Spoke to Customer Service and No i could not speak to anyone about this. No i could not be put through to Supervisor. No they could not tell me when i would have a call back. No they could not give me another number to call. No they could not tell me why the box was discarded. Think it may be time to look for another carrier
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of package. UPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
