Repair part was shipped from mfg to my address for Sears to install. UPS said my address was no good.
I contacted UPS customer service 3 times verbally and sent one email explaining my address was correct. It is a town home and my unit is on the back side. Not facing the street. UPS NEVER DID find my address.
I missed THREE REPAIR APPOINTMENTS because of UPS's TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Still don't have my part and mfg will now have to ship directly to repair company. Totally inexcusable.
There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT UPS. The POST OFFICE has better service.
