SO i ordered a laptop on April 2nd UPS said it would be here April 5th...It didn't come 3 weeks later today (April 21) it finally came.

The package was crushed! I opened what was supposed to be a laptop and found the screen smashed to pieces! Im so pissed right now i cant see straight!

>:O UPS better be paying for this or im going to be raining on their parade for the rest of their lives.I will never use UPS again this was flat ridiculous that it took 3 weeks to ship and then came crushed!

There's two possible outcomes to this:

1) UPS will deem the packaging insufficient, and deny the damage claim. UPS, and every other carrier, have minimum packaging standards, particularly on high value fragile items like a laptop.

2)UPS will deem the packaging sufficient, admit responsibility, and pay the claim TO THE SENDER, since they are the ones who paid UPS to ship it.

In either scenario, you are %100 entitled to a refund. There are only two parties that can be at fault here, UPS, or the company you ordered the item from. The only snag you may encounter is that you have to get your refund from the company you ordered the item from, not UPS. UPS's refund process is quick, usually within a week or two. The company that you ordered it from however, may not be so fast, or willing.
