I was missing a package, and called UPS customer service....The rep barely spoke English on the phone!!!!Could not understand a single word of what I was being told!!!You people need to Hire English speaking customer service reps!!!!

I was transferred several times to different agents, and I could not understand a word of what I was being told. This is NOT the first of this incident....every time I call UPS, I am on the phone going around and around with non-English speaking reps. I will never use UPS ever again!!!

And, I still do not know where my package is!!!!TOTALLY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $38.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Non-english speaking service reps, Poor customer service.
