I own a small private dental practice in Denver, Colorado. Over the last year, UPS has consistently lost my packages or delivered them later the expected date.

Due to the nature of my business, I need packages to be delivered in a timely manner since we schedule patients accordingly. Recently, I had a time sensitive package ordered from Indiana that I was expecting to receive on Friday June 13. According to the tracking number 1ZW52W171242231198 this package was received in Commerce City, Colorado on Thursday June 12. As of today June 16, my package has still not been delivered.

This is completely unacceptable since I have paid for shipping for a specific date.

The customer service at UPS is consistently rude and unhelpful including all of the management that I have tried to complain to. I have already changed several of my vendors shipping from UPS to FedEX and will continue to avoid UPS as much as I possible can.
