Not resolved

The last 5 of 8 packages have gone to the wrong address. When I call UPS all I get is an "I'm sorry".

My last package was promised for Dec. 29th as a bday gift and was tracked as being delivered to my front door, which again it was not. When I called UPS, they said it would take 8 days to start an investigation and that I would not be contacted until Jan 3 to begin this process. Too late!

I also was responsible to call the shipper to get my $30 back for the delivery not making it on time. Done with UPS.Fedex or USPS from now on.
