The idiots said my zip code was wrong, even though I live across the street from the post office and receive mail every day! So they pulled an OLD address off the internet that is 65 miles from my home to send it to. When questioned they put an exception on the shipping notes so that when the driver got to that destination he would see it was flagged to be brought back to the hub.....where I was told I could pick up the package. Well it was then "accidentally" sent to a city 75 miles in the opposite direction and now I am being told it will be Monday delivery at my home.

The hub even deleted the first screw up from the delivery notes online to cover their ***! They do not even know how I can reach the corporate office, which is the biggest crock of BS I ever heard!!!!!!!!!!

I will NEVER again use UPS and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use them as well. This is utter incompetence and is completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
