I booked a delivery with UPS, through Parcel2Go, Ref UPS1071**** not realising they were effectively the same company. They failed to collect on the first scheduled day and their LiveHelp service was utterly useless, wasting about an hour of my time in non-functional excuses about being busy. For information, UPS, most companies like that - it's good for profits!
On the second day, I again waited throughout the entire day and had a similar no show. Once again, the Live Help was utterly useless - full of bland apologies with no ability or apparent will to resolve the concerns. As a result, I have to find another company that is capable of delivering the item, as well as another parcel forum that is more reliable than Parcel2Go.
End result, they cancelled the collection and offered £1.10 as a supplement to the refund in the form of a prepayment against future services. Are they completely ***?
