UPS Class Action Lawsuit. Stolen Items

I am creating a class action lawsuit against UPS because of the stolen items and being ignored by customer service. Thrir excuse is that something hapened to the box to warrant repackaging. They took out all my expensive items and left the rest of no value. Someone is selling our things on some market.i had no nice clothes to wear to my sister's funeral. I deserve compensatiom and so do you. There are so many people who have had items stolen BY UPS. We need to do a class action lawsuit. I am talking with class action attorneys this week to see if we have a case. I am a former manager of a civil righrs firm. I will keep ypu update

UPS - Beware of brown

The UPS drivers around here literally fly through my secluded mountain neighborhood, which has lots of trees, blind curves and intersections and young children on bikes and skates. I've nearly been hit by a big brown blur twice as it was tearing through a stop sign near my house. By the way, I thought the point of paying extra for 1-2 day shipping meant getting something within that timeframe, not having it stall in the same facility for a week? It's also nice to have a nearly forgotten package randomly show up two months after it was ordered (and long after I filed for a refund). LOL

UPS - Waited in for 11 hours to receive a parcel that had to be signed for and no delivery, when I rang customer services the couldn’t have cared less. I will never use this company again.

UPS delivered open boxes with missing items

The box stated computer equipment. First time it was delivered both sides of the box was opened and four items were missing so I sent it back to Amazon. Second time it was delivered again both sides of the box were open and two items were missing. Had a horrible experience with Amazon to return again. Called UPS and could not even put a complain in about the delivery or why a driver would drop off an obviously opened box twice. UPS is the worst

UPS in Palm Harbor, Florida - Where is my package?

The apartment number was missing off my package, I would never have known if I didn't check I was never notified there was a problem with delivery. I called and of course you outsource your calls to a foreign country. Well the man I spoke with told me the package would be delivered today, guess what it's not here. I called again tonight and was told tomorrow so my granddaughter stayed home from work today to wait for a package that never came. So should she miss another day if work just in case this person spoke with is correct and if not how many days should she sit home and wait. Very poor customer service. Nancy Higham 385-900-0753

I finally spoke to "Carol" and she claims UPS doesn't leave the phone off the hook and that they are "Short-staffed"....B.S. That is no reason to lose a package that I shipped.

She tried to put it all on me saying it was a tiny package when it wasn't. It was around the same dimensions as the other package that got delivered in New York today! They don't take any responsibility and try to blame the customer.

Not a good place to ship packages. I may have to use USPS registered mail!...

I am the shipper, and I shipped a couple of packages Friday, October 11. One of them made it, but the other one going to Phoenix, never left the customer center. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau, just today, October 14. I've tried calling them. I know their local number. They have since left their phone off the hook. They KNOW they're in big trouble... The customer service is sub-par, too.
