I have more trouble with ups than any other delivery service! I have ups my choice but the drivers do not read directions! They throw them in an unsecured area ! Totally inappropriate! I take usps smart post or fed ex or usps any day over ups! Company and staff sucks!

I shipped a document last week Friday through UPS Next Day Air. Today is Thursday. I've been calling for update since Monday. No one knows why the document is not being shipped to its final destination, Puerto Rico. I have a deadline to meet and no one knows the status of my document. Of course, today I had to request for them to ship my documents right back to me. Angry

UPS - We've been left in the dust

We've been a commercial UPS customer for about 20 years now. We spent over $100,000 with them last year. One would think that if we had an invoice being disputed someone would call before sending it to collections. That didn't happen. This was one of our air freight invoices that was partially paid because the bill didn't match the quote. We try to get someone to care, but no one does. It's just amazing to me that a long time customer who always pays on time gets treated like dirt.

After several calls with UPS, I have found their representatives to be very kind and quick with helping me find out what exactly is going on. They were each very helpful.

In the end I had to contact Apple and have them give UPS the O.K. to start an investigation....

DO NOT USE UPS TO SHIP ANYTHING FRAGILE. THEY WILL BREAK IT AND THEN THEY WILL REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT!!! They will speciously claim that you did not pack it properly. They will never accept responsibility for their mishandling of your delicate possessions. Indeed, the man behind the counter at the store tried to warn me. Now I will be taking them to small claims court! Good thing I am an attorney and easily know how to do it!

after 3 years of delivering to my house they now claim my address is wrong so I put new numbers on my mailbox and on a telephone pole they still returned it then the next week they found it then the week after that they cannot find me again I called gave directions they still returned it
