UPS lost a package I shipped. Took 2 weeks to let me know it was lost. Only because my customer contacted me to let me know.
Lost a big RED BOX in a sea of brown.
I filed a claim and the tell me that they only cover the first $100 of the item if you didn't include a value on the original shipping document. I sent them the invoice for the item. Paper copy to prove the item price and shipping amount. They still only cover $100.
LOST my package and SCREW you out of the value even with proof of the amount and costs.

Proof was sent and they still bend you over because of their lack of giving a shit!!!!
