It has been 6 weeks now since my claim was filed and no claim has been issued. File on 3/28/18 and now 5/10/18 and nothing. BS!!!!!

UPS lost a package I shipped. Took 2 weeks to let me know it was lost. Only because my customer contacted me to let me know.

Lost a big RED BOX in a sea of brown.

I filed a claim and the tell me that they only cover the first $100 of the item if you didn't include a value on the original shipping document. I sent them the invoice for the item. Paper copy to prove the item price and shipping amount. They still only cover $100.

LOST my package and SCREW you out of the value even with proof of the amount and costs.


BULL *** POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Proof was sent and they still bend you over because of their lack of giving a shit!!!!
