I spent an hour on the phone being circled between customer service and tech support because UPS.com had proivded me with a Revised delivery date that was incorrect. I spent the majority of my time on the phone with an incompetant superviosr who wouldn't file a complaint.
She sent me to Tech Suppor; Tech support sent me back to Customer Service where a gentelman not only filed the complaint but found away for my package to be delivered ahead of schedule in under three minutes.
All I wanted to do was file a complaint and they kept blaming it on the other side. Apparently, they don't want to improve their systems and would rather have my companies business sent through FedEx instead.
