Amazon shipped a package that we had provided a wrong shipping address on. After emailing over the holiday to Amazon with no return calls.
we contacted UPS on 3 occasions to let them know the address was not correct and they stated they could not help me, the shipper could only change the direction the package was going. After a call to both Amazon and UPS today, I was informed the package was delivered to the incorrect address. I tried to provide UPS the corrected address, they were not helping, they do anything to help.
Why is this? it was a gift for my Dad
