My husband's chemo medicine was to arrive yesterday. Last night at 8 pm... Still no delivery and we were home the whole night. I did the tracking thing and it said it was delivered to the front door at 6:15pm. This morning, I got in my car, saw a package at my neighbor's house and took it off their porch. Good thing they slept in and didn't see me.

I tried contacting customer service at ups.com, but wasn't sure if it went through. So... I called and gave the info. Thirty minutes later, a rep from the local Memphis office calls and grills me, saying "why did you complain twice?" She must have asked me three times. I said,"it's really MORE important to ask why this very important chemo medication was at the wrong house". She dressed me down and scolded me because she said " Now TWO complaints are in our system!

I feel like complaining a few more times to REALLY *** her off!
