UPS first instructed me on its site to request a change of delivery address with the sender, which I did. They then still tried to deliver to my home address which I didn't want.

When I called to request a change of delivery address, I was directed to the online site www.ups.com, which did not provide a change of address selection even though it was supposed to. Next when I called them to speak with a representative over the phone to redirect the delivery, I was told once again to speak to the sender, which I had already done but like automatons they could not do anything. It was a never ending circle of idiocy just to try to change an address. Where is the flexibility or trying to accommodate the customer's needs?

There is a reason that UPS refers to themselves as "Brown", I have had the shittiest service from this company and will never, ever use this company to deliver nor will I ever recommend it to anyone! I am pissed!
