Sent package to my daughter.

She had to go out of town.

Item was insured so signature required.

Since no one would be home, item would be sent to site for pick-up.

Daughter would not be back in time before UPS would return item.

Went back to UPS store to see how to change delivery location and time.

They could not get anything changed.

I called UPS and was told that the receiver could enroll in "UPS My Choice"

and solve everything by using the "vacation option" to change delivery date.

Although I told them she was overseas, they said there would not be a problem: not true. She was not allowed o sign-up.

I called UPS again and was told the same. However, I demanded a supervisor that finally changed the delivery location for $21.00.

After two days and at least five hours of effort, a resolution I hope.

Unfortunately, the field people take th brunt of this while the execs siton their duff and have no idea what customers go through. As for me, I will never use UPS again
