Sent a computer monitor via UPS. Double wrapped with Bubble wrap, secured tightly with "peanuts", "fragile" placards on each side of box, insured for $1000.00 Arrived with box split open, peanuts falling out, computer screen spider webbed. I am sick and tired, as are my neighbors, of complaining about Lazy UPS drivers/delivery people and getting no response OR improvements on their service. The residence of the building I live in have many issues from UNATTEMPTED DELIVERIES while claiming NO ONE WAS HOME to flat out leaving packages in the lobby without alerting the receiver. I have taken days off of work to wait for packages that didn't come only to read on the online tracking... Read more

They either lie and say they tried to deliver a package while I'm home AND THEY DIDNT or they press the bell of my 10 apartment domicile and leave my package unattended in the lobby. I and other residents have asked them to get it together. No one wants to complain but they are truly LAZY and apathetic. It is truly annoying and too many packages disappear this way. UPS is losing a lot of business and I have always supported and defended them... Read more

Packed was very well packed with bubble wrap and cardboard. It looked as though the truck driver ran it over. Also, I just saw anUPS truck delivery ing a package at the end of a road He hung the package on the outside of the mailbox. This is on a very busy road where many people will travel. Bad service on multiple occasions- just got aggravated enough today to leave a post on UPS. Schedule for next day deliver. Tracker says my package is on the truck with a delivery time of "before 8pm". Have been home all day ( Two door bells and 2 dogs) no UPS , no door bell no dogs barking. UPS never came to our APT Complex per nosy neighbors. UPS treats package delivery like it does it customers; without urgency. They do not have the courage... Read more

Recently we used UPS to ship a WiiU to our newly married 24 year old son (who now lives 12 hours from us). This was going to be our first Christmas and His birthday apart. My wife is battling cancer and we were not able to make the journey. The item was packed according to UPS standards through a Shipping Agent. It was a box with in a box and all the required packing. Radio transceiver badly damaged. Took package to UPS center. Cleck said okay and sealed packaged. Now UPS says it wasn't packaged right and won't pay the $800.00. I should have been told if package wasn't good enough and they should not have caused so much damage in any event. I ordered this item on November 20 and the online store said they shipped it on December 8. I have been tracking the package but it's been stuck in Bethlehem, PA since the 9. UPS tracking website has Contact Us on their menu as an option. So I clicked on that button and filled in all required fields but when you click on the Submit button it does nothing. Hey, I feel for you. I went through the same *** with UPS. I am in the wholesale business, and use UPS on every shipment. A customer contacted us once saying he had a few stores and needed some merchandise. He didnt want to put it on CC since the amount would be very large, so we went the route of UPS COD. They didn't come deliver my parcel on the day they were supposed to be and so I called them 3 times,3 days in raw-every time I called them,came the very same answer,'We are coming tomorrow' which they didn't.Why did UPS tell me so If they didn't!Seriously!Picking up my parcel is out of question because there is no way taking cab to/fro home which would cost me easy 100bucks as the location they provided had no means of public transportation!I...
