I ordered this item on November 20 and the online store said they shipped it on December 8. I have been tracking the package but it's been stuck in Bethlehem, PA since the 9.

UPS tracking website has Contact Us on their menu as an option. So I clicked on that button and filled in all required fields but when you click on the Submit button it does nothing. The cancel button works fine but you can't submit. If you click on Submit it will not work.

UPS has held this package in their Bethlehem office since December 9.

It is now the 15 of December. I want this package delivered.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Undependable.
