They "LOST" my irreplaceable items, closed my claim before they even looked for my package, and smugly said collect your $100.00 insurance claim. They don't have a clue about the dynamic between the customer and they regarding TRUST.

That is gone because they do not care about the customer, they're just an idiot with a box. Second problem is their employees, they look stoned and like a bunch of zombies, what a crew of losers. Do they teach rudeness and how to not care about people in their customer service schools.? People need to say "ENOUGH" and boycott them and stop taking their package there.

When their semi-trailers and air cargo planes are 1/4 full maybe they'll pay attention then. BEWARE OF UPS !!

AVOID THEM BECAUSE THEY JUST DON'T CARE. !!
