In the two years I've been at this address, UPS has left packages in the dirt by dumpsters up the road, by a tree, and mostly at my neighbor's house, and listed them all as delivered to my front door. Each time I've complained, they apologize, and then it never changes.
And you can NEVER get a human through their obnoxious customer service number. Forced to listen to irrelevant information and options, enter a 16-digit tracking # repeatedly, then loop back to the useless recording and options again. Email replies take a day or two and are sent from a no-reply address. If they do call you back they don't leave a call back number.
Tracking system is useless. If you do ever get a human they just recite what you can already see online, that the package was delivered to my front door. Yesterday a package said Delivered but no package. Can't get through on phone so use Twitter messaging.
Told the package isn't really delivered according to their system, yet I'm looking right at it on their site. Another package was due today. Says out for delivery. 9:21pm and still not here.
Countless Twitter messages with no answers. At some point status on both packages changed to say receiver (me) had arranged to pick packages up at local UPS facility. REALLY???? Still can't get through the phone tree to a human.
Got a voice mail even though phone didn't ring that says package (singular) will be delivered as late as 10:30 tonight.
Wowza. Insane incompetence all around.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Repeatedly delivering packages to wrong house, Cannot get through to a human, Tracking system is inaccurate and meaningless.
