My husband who is stationed in Afganistan orderd a package for me. We are living in Italy.

The package has been in the UPS warehouse in Bari, Italy since before Easter. Not only haven't they called me but when I called them they refused to help me because there was a digit wrong on the tracking number. The website was no help. There is no way I can find my package if I don't have every number correct on the trackin number.

I asked the operator to help me out, to check it by name or address. No luck. The package will just have to be sent back.

Good bussiness practice!!! Way to go UPS
